1. Parents/Guardians are expected to co-operate with the school authorities in enforcing regularity and discipline. They should see to it that their children prepare their lessons and take active interest in each activities of the school.
  2. It is very much appreciated when parents respond readily and attend the Parent-Teacher's meeting on days given in this student planner or as and when notified by the Principal and other school events. It is only with the co-operation of the parents, the school can promote the all round development of the pupil.
  3. Parents/Guardians are requested to foster in their homes the habits of neatness and punctuality, qualities of politeness and courtesy of speech, good conduct, cleanliness of dress and of person.
  4. Parents/Guardians are not allowed to go to the classrooms to meet their child or the teachers during the school hours without the permission of the Principal.
  5. Parents/Guardians are asked to sign Progress Report, or any other information when so required. Failure to do so may cause great mutual inconvenience.
  6. Extra classes are provided if necessary.
  7. It has constantly been seen by the educationists that co-curricular activities and hobbies enhance the personality  of children and bring out the talents in them and make them aware of the large potentiality that is dormant in them. We have various activities in the school like Sports and Games, which play an important role in building a good and healthy physique, character and discipline in the pupils. What your child is, he/she can do, will be discovered only in these activities and parents play a great role in making it possible for both the school and the child.
  8. No pupil will be exempted from P.T. (Physical Training) without a Doctor's Certificate or a written request from the parents to this effect. Those who are thus excused must have their certificate countersigned by the Principal and must watch the physical exercise.
  9. Parents/ Guardians are requested not to disturb the pupils while school is on. In case of emergency, they should obtain a written permission from the Principal to meet the pupil.
  10. Irregular attendance, neglect of work, habitual lack of interest in school work, stealing, misconduct even outside the school premises, willful repeated breaches of school regulations are sufficient reasons, which make him/her liable to disciplinary action.
  11. Pupils are required to compensate for causing damage, willfully, carelessly or negligently to the school property like library books, lab equipment, furniture, school building, etc. to the extent of damage/loss.
  12. The Principal along with the management or the respective committee has a right to suspend a pupil for any serious breach of discipline or scandalous behavior or deed.
  13. Suggestions or complaints if any are to be made in writing with full name of the child, class & section and any change in pupil's address and telephone number must immediately be notified to the school office by the Parent/Guardians.
  14. Parents/Guardians are to see that the day to day home assignments are completed by their child at home itself before they set out for school and homework assigned in the Student Planner is signed daily.
  15. Any personal threat to and/or pressure on the staff members teaching or non-teaching by parents/guardians in any form will be viewed seriously and will call for a strict disciplinary action to the extent of dismissal of their child.
  16. For your convenience the school ties and belts are made available in the school. Parents/Guardians must ensure that they send a written excuse whenever their child is not in proper uniform in the same failing, could be taken seriously.
  17. Parents are requested not to pamper their children with expensive gifts like watches, rings, chains or big amount of pocket money. School will not accept responsibility for their safety.
  18. Any pupil having tendency towards stealing, using indecent language or showing disrespect to teachers or having any other destructive tendency, will be asked to be withdrawn even during the Academic Session.
  19. Parents/Guardians are responsible to take away child within 30 minutes after the school gets over, just as much as they are responsible to bring/send them at least 10 minutes before the school begins. The school will not be responsible for their child after this time limit.
  20. Parents/Guardians not showing sufficient interest for the progress of their child or failing to comply with the rules and regulations given above will be requested to withdraw their children from the school at the end of the Academic Session.
  21. Parents/Guardians and pupils must be fully acquainted with the rules and regulations in the Student Planner. Ignorance of the rules will be of no excuse.
  22. When students are allowed to come to school without uniform (for example: birthdays or any other celebrations) parents need to take care that they are decently dressed.
  23. Parents are required to inform the Principal if the child had faced any serious / major health problem / surgery etc in recent years with the treatment report.
