2024 - 2025

Christmas, the festival of joy, love and giving was celebrated with great enthusiasm and fervour on 24-12-2024 at St Mary's Central School, Kinnigoli. Chief guest Fr Joachim Fernandes our correspondent, Fr Steevan Cutinho Councillor of our school and Fr Lancy Joel Saldanha the Principal were the invitees.

The celebration began with a prayer ceremony followed by a festive procession. The participants were dressed in their finest attire and the atmosphere was filled with joy and cheer. A special Christmas program was organised which included Carol singing, dance performances and a skit on the birth of Jesus Christ. Fr Joachim Fernandes said "Christmas is a time for celebration, joy and happiness, providing a much-needed break from daily routines. Christmas marks the beginning of a new year, symbolizing renewal rebirth and fresh starts. Christmas trees symbolize everlasting life and the hope of eternal life through Jesus Christ. Christmas star represents divine guidance, leading people to the saviour.
